Stayed here last week. Nice hotel in a good location with a bar and fusion restaurant. Inside there is a QR code you can use to pre-pay parking, however it can be quite inconvenient to stop due to the nature of the road and to go inside and scan it. Staff were ok but not outstanding in terms of service and the room is in need of a renovation but was acceptable. Overall I would stay here again as it provides relatively good value for the price. Not sure if it quite meets the 4 star level but could pass for a 3 or 3.5 star.
I stayed one night here recently and I wish I stayed more! The hotel is in central location, just beside the train station. The lobby area was nicely decorated and people at the reception were friendly. I learned that rooms here has nice view of the city, so I requested for one at higher floors. The room I got was at the 19th floor and the view from up there is exquisite. You can spend hours sitting on the window bench, looking at the city and landscape far away. The room was very spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was also quite big and with a bathtub. I will definitely go back this place many times.
Brilliant location just outside train station. Can walk straight into Trinity shopping centre. Very large breakfast, everything on offer that you could want. Rooms large with kettle coffee maker, iron and fridge. Loved out stay here
Good hotel, nice breakfast, good service. and great centric location if you are visiting the city, walking distance from many attractions; and beside the train station in case you come here without a car. recommend it if you want to visit Leeds
Nice hotel , excellent breakfast, great views of the city , ) we were 16 floors up) . Let down only by poor comfortable bed( two singles put together with in between ridge ) and hardly anywhere for clothes storage and no hanging attachments in the bathroom for your accessories bags . Also not disabled friendly as shower over deep bath....not good. Hotel excellent position for market square and train station as well as excellent shopping close by.
Another excellent stay at this very well located hotel. Just across the road from Leeds railway station and next door to the Trinity Centre. I have stayed here many times and the staff have always been excellent both friendly and efficient. Rooms are well appointed and the Executive doubles are situated on the corner of the building so are double aspect with very good views of the city. I got an upgrade as a Radisson member so pics are of a suite but the Executive doubles are more than sufficient. Reception staff and in the bar are a credit to the hotel.
Good location, Leeds Train Station is nearby plus shopping, bars and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and friendly especially at breakfast. The room was clean although decor a little tired and dated. Breakfast had decent quality food and a generally good number of options on the buffet.
Had a great meal at the Scene bar. Sky helped me with my dietary requirement and went above and beyond to accommodate me! Excellent work. Will definitely be coming back
